37pix Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the platform 37pix, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the rules of Responsible Gambling. These documents together form the agreement between you and the 37pix.

Acceptance is given expressly at the time of registration, when you check the confirmation box indicating your agreement to these terms. It is also given implicitly by continuing to use the platform after any updates to the terms, provided you have been notified of the changes.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you must immediately stop using the platform and, where applicable, request account closure through customer support.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create an account and use the services of 37pix, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete at the time of registration;
• Be an individual with a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Reside or be located in a region where the use of the services offered by the platform is permitted under applicable law;
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the platform 37pix for violation of these terms;
• Not be under an active self-exclusion in any responsible gambling program.

A 37pix reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity, address, and source of income at any time to verify that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to submit the requested documents within the given timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

Registering under a third party's name or using another person's data is strictly prohibited. Each CPF may only be linked to one account on the platform. Attempting to create multiple accounts with the same CPF will result in all identified accounts being blocked and any pending balances cancelled.

3. User Account

Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — confidential. Any access made using your credentials will be considered as carried out by you, regardless of who actually performed it.

You agree to:

• Providing only accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information during registration and any verification process;
• Immediately notify the 37pix if you suspect unauthorized access to your account;
• Not sharing your credentials with third parties or allowing anyone else to use your account;
• Keeping your contact details up to date, especially your email address and mobile number;
• Use the account exclusively for personal entertainment purposes, not for commercial or professional purposes.

A 37pix is not liable for losses or damages resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

4. Deposits and Payments

A 37pix accepts exclusively Brazilian payment methods for platform deposits. Available methods include:

• Pix — instant transfer, available 24 hours a day, no fees;
• Boleto bancário — credited within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card — Visa and Mastercard;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED Transfer by the major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 10.00 per transaction. Deposits below this amount will not be processed and the funds will be returned to the original payment method. There are no fees for Pix deposits. For other methods, any fees charged by the financial institution are the user's responsibility.

Deposited funds become available for immediate use after payment is confirmed by the 37pix. Pix deposits are confirmed within seconds. Boleto deposits may take up to 1 business day to be confirmed after payment.

A 37pix does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrencies, international transfers, or any payment method not listed above. Deposit attempts using unsupported methods will be automatically declined.

5. Withdrawals

To request a withdrawal, the user must have completed the platform's identity verification (KYC) process by submitting the required documents. Withdrawals are only processed to the same method and account holder used for the deposit — you cannot withdraw to a third party's bank account.

Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes after the request during operating hours. Withdrawals via other methods may take up to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary depending on the chosen method.

A 37pix reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or in situations where extra security verification is required. During this process, the withdrawal will remain under review until verification is complete.

Bonus withdrawals are subject to meeting the rollover requirements described in each promotion's specific terms. Withdrawal attempts made before those requirements are fulfilled will result in the cancellation of the bonus balance, with only the real balance released.

6. Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section of the 37pix offers markets for football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, and other competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA, UFC, e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform.

The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 1.00;
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the final odds for that event, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the user;
• In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or interruption of an event, bets will be settled according to the specific rules of that sport, available in the help center;
• A 37pix reserves the right to limit or refuse bets when there is suspicion of irregularity, match-fixing, or use of insider information;
• Live bets follow the same rules, with the additional possibility of odds varying in real time as the event unfolds.

Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent activity, collusion, or bonus abuse will be cancelled and the corresponding balance blocked.

7. Casino & Games

The casino catalog of the 37pix includes slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, Crash Games, live game shows, and other titles provided by certified companies audited by independent laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published on that title's page.

The outcome of all casino games is generated by certified random number generation systems (RNG — Random Number Generator) or, in the case of live games, by real physical equipment operated by dealers in specialist studios. The 37pix does not interfere with the outcome of any game.

The crash games available on the platform use a provably fair system, which allows users to mathematically verify the randomness of each round after it ends. Verification instructions are available on each game's page.

A 37pix reserves the right to remove, suspend, or modify any game from the catalog at any time, without prior notice, for technical, regulatory, or commercial reasons. Bets already confirmed on games that are subsequently removed will be honored normally.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

A 37pix may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to its users. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including rollover requirements, validity periods, and eligible game restrictions.

General rules applicable to all bonuses:

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus per CPF;
• Bonus balance must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion — once expired, any remaining bonus balance is automatically cancelled;
• The rollover requirement must be met before any withdrawal of bonus balance or the profits generated from it;
• Bets placed on events with odds below 1.50 may not count toward the Sports Betting rollover requirement — please check the terms of each promotion;
• A 37pix reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is suspicion of abuse, creation of multiple accounts, or use of betting strategies deemed abusive.

Any attempt to exploit promotions abusively — including creating multiple accounts, colluding with other users, or placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements — will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account closure.

9. Responsible Gambling

A 37pix is committed to responsible gambling and to protecting its users from the risks of problem gambling. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account profile:

• Daily and weekly deposit limits — set a cap on your deposits for any given period;
• Temporary pause — suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanently close your account and block new registrations using the same CPF.

By using these tools, you acknowledge that they take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the stated period. After permanent self-exclusion, the 37pix will keep the CPF on an exclusion list and will not allow a new registration.

The platform is strictly prohibited for users under 18. The 37pix enforces age verification during registration and may request additional documentation at any time to confirm that the user is of legal age.

10. Conduct & Acceptable Use

By using the platform 37pix, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Use the platform for illegal activities, including money laundering or financing illicit activities;
• Attempting to defraud the system, manipulate outcomes, or exploit technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Creating multiple accounts or registering with another person's details;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform without express authorization from 37pix;
• Sharing your login credentials or granting account access to third parties;
• Colluding with other users in Live Casino games or Sports Betting;
• Posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content through any communication feature available on the platform.

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending balances, and, where applicable, notification to the relevant authorities.

11. Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time through the customer support of the 37pix. Prior to closure, any open bets will be settled normally and the available real balance will be returned to the payment method linked to the account, following identity verification.

A 37pix reserves the right to close or suspend accounts in the following cases:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes;
• Confirmed fraudulent activity;
• Multiple accounts sharing the same CPF;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user;
• Judicial or regulatory order.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, any bonus balance and profits obtained through fraudulent activity will be canceled. The real balance may be returned at the discretion of the 37pix, following a case review.

12. Limitation of Liability

A 37pix is not liable for financial losses resulting from participation in Sports Betting or casino games. The outcome of any bet or game is inherently uncertain, and no platform can guarantee winnings.

A 37pix is also not liable for:

• Temporary service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party technical failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses or delays caused by failures in third-party payment systems (banks, payment processors);
• Unauthorized access to the user's account caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information obtained from sources outside the platform.

In no event shall the total liability of 37pix toward a user, for any reason, will not exceed the amount of the real deposited and unused balance in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to liability.

13. Privacy & LGPD

The processing of personal data of users of the 37pix is governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). All data collected is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: account operation, transaction processing, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and platform experience improvements.

No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes without the user's express consent. Sharing with operational partners occurs only to the extent necessary to provide services (payment processors, game providers).

14. Changes to Terms
